Service Is Our Priority

ImageTrend offers multi-level technical support. We provide level-two user support by accommodating both the general inquiries of the administrators and those of the system users. We will give the administrators the ability to field support for the system as the first level of contact while providing them the option to refer inquiries directly to ImageTrend.

ImageTrend's support team is notified 24/7 of all support incidents submitted online. We are also available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST at 888.469.7789.

To submit a support incident, please click on the ImageTrend product you are working with on the left. The below support login is for clients who have submitted a support incident online. Once logged in, you can view all incidents you have submitted online.

This login is not the same as your EDS Downloads login!

  To create a support login:
  1. Click on a product from the left side navigation.
  2. Fill in a support incident.
  3. At the bottom of the form, you can fill in a username and password.
  4. Remember your username and password for future tracking of all your support incidents.
